Kaine Angus is an accomplished quantity surveyor and project manager, boasting NVQ level 6 qualifications in both fields. His credentials also include an NVQ level 3 and HNC level 4 in construction and the built environment, SMSTS, an IPAF demonstrators ticket, and a first aider certificate.

In addition to his hands-on experience, Kaine offered freelance commercial services and eventually established his own construction practice. The company achieved a turnover of £1.6 million in its first 18 months and subsequently partnered with the Beaumont Group to form Beaumont & Angus Construction.

As the Director of Beaumont & Angus Constructions, Kaine helms an expanding team of experienced contract managers, trades and working professionals. They specialise in commercial to residential schemes, HMO projects, and external subcontract works, primarily in the Northeast region.


Before property development, Ryan achieved great success with RoadTrip, a multi-million-pound music business he built and managed at 22. The band, consisting of five members, toured worldwide, played. at venues like Wembley Arena, and gained over 4 million social media followers.

Ryan used his online following to connect with property development professionals and diversified his efforts in both music and property. With the pandemic, Ryan shifted his focus entirely to property development, gaining experience in project management. Now, with over four years in the industry, Ryan leads daily operations, leveraging his network for growth and acquisitions.


Robbie always wanted to be a professional footballer, now he’s our CFO and enjoys continuing his long working relationship with Ryan.

“I’ve worked with my brother since before he was an international pop star, we’ve traveled the country together performing at sold out shows and now we repurpose old and tired buildings into new homes for people to live in, it’s very rewarding work. There used to be more screaming girls though.”

Robbie still dreams of being a professional footballer.


Bob has a 45-year tenure in the construction industry as a highly skilled Operation Manager at Irvine Whitlock, his expertise ranges from the bricklayer’s trade to construction director roles. His credentials include a Level 6 NVQ in Construction Management, NEBOSH certificates, and the esteemed 2021 triennial award for excellence in bricklaying. Bob’s portfolio spans prominent projects like Canary Wharf, St Pancras station, and the Athlone house, among others.
